Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! Reflecting back on 2006, it was one of the best and at times painful years of my life. Lots of growth, learning and incredible positive change. I paid attention to the opportunities before me demanding that I see the repeating patterns and do something different this time. I did and boy, did it pay off! Without self-imposed limitations, restrictions, "should's", and "have to's", the world is a lighter place! Life feels brighter, shinier and new. Everything is so fresh and sparkling. I am loving living deliberately in each and every moment, choosing what I want to feel and experience and allowing others to do the same. It feels so freeing to witness things before me and know without a doubt that I can hold steady and choose differently for myself. It feels great to have an open heart always and not feel like I have to safe-guard myself for any reason. There is nothing out there to hurt me. There is no need to erect walls and boundaries to keep myself safe. I am as I choose to be. Last year, my Avatar tools were enhanced and deepened by my studying of the Abraham teachings. It was so sweet to feel how what I am drawn to naturally compliment each other. I fell across both paths around the same time frame and have been involved with both at different levels for the past 6 years. Avatar, for me, is about living deliberately, coming from a feeling state, handling limiting beliefs and consistently choosing where to place my attention. It is the simplest and most practical path that I have come across. It is pure and true. Abraham is about total well-being, paying attention to how I am feeling in each and every moment and allowing that to be my guide. The Abraham teachings put forth everything I have learned about the law of attraction. Esther Hicks who channels the Abraham works was in the original version of "The Secret". Both paths say "it" differently, but exquisitely reinforce things for me. No need to give anything up. I can have it all indeed!
