What do I want today?

What do I want today? What drives me the most? What is in my heart in this moment?
I feel the answer open up inside me like a delicate flower opening it's petals to the rays of the glowing sunshine.
To know God. Deeply, fully and intimately.
It is not a want that has an object off in the future or separate and distant from my beingness. It is a want that I settle into right here and right now. I sink into the feeling of the force that surrounds me and is me and already there is a fullness and richness to the present moment.
A heart to heart connection with the sweetness of life in this very moment. God is this awareness that I ease into with my willingness, my desire... my being fully open to experience all that is already here, streaming through and within me.
I bow to the blessedness of nature. I bow to the sweet essence of life. I open to the Divinity that whispers a sweet refrain and sings a distinct tune that I recognise in each soul that I greet and meet every day.
Life is a blessing. Thank you for each precious moment that I embrace and experience it fully and incredibly with sweet appreciation. My heart opens to you dear God. I am yours.
